At Every Keys, we strive to accurately represent our products and services, ensuring that they meet the expectations of our customers. We are committed to providing high-quality products at affordable prices.
Digital Products
All product keys are delivered via email. Once your purchase is approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour, but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be delivered. Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, along with your product key.
Important Note
Please note that product keys are classified as Digital Products. Once delivered via email, they cannot be returned or refunded, as they are not physical products that can be resold. However, we have set out the following refund policy for your reference:
No Refunds in the Following Cases
The buyer places the wrong order without reviewing the complete product description, and the product key has already been delivered via email.
The buyer fails to download the software due to a poor internet connection.
The buyer is unable to download or install the software due to a lack of technical knowledge.
If the product key fails to activate on the buyer’s system, Every Keys will issue a new product key via email within the specified timeframe. The buyer must provide a full-screen screenshot that includes the error window, current date, and time, and send it to mail.
The buyer has 15 days from the purchase date to inform us of any product key activation issues. After this period, no new product keys will be issued under any circumstances.
No Refunds for password issues on third-party accounts (e.g., Office 365) after the first password change.
For Microsoft Office activation via phone method, refunds are not provided.
Refunds in the Following Cases
A refund will be issued if Every Keys fails to deliver the product key via email. In such cases, an automatic refund will be processed.
For third-party domain products like Office 365 accounts, a refund will be processed if the domain is not working or the subscription is disabled within the first year.
Refunds will also be issued if any subscription accounts (e.g., Lynda, Office 365, VPN, JetBrains, GitHub) do not work within one year.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 1-3 business days to initiate. Once processed, it may take 2-14 business days for the refund amount to be transferred to the payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet) used for the original transaction.
