Services, including any Goods, will be delivered to the specified delivery email address within the agreed timeframe.
If the Goods form a commercial unit (where dividing the unit would impair its value or functionality), you cannot cancel or reject part of the Order without canceling or rejecting the entire Order.
We reserve the right to deliver Goods in installments if there is a shortage of stock or other valid reasons. This will not result in additional charges to you, subject to the terms outlined above.
If you or your authorized nominee fails to accept delivery of the Services at the provided Delivery Location without fault on our part, we may charge reasonable costs for storage and redelivery.
Responsibility for Goods
Responsibility for the Goods transfers to you upon successful delivery or collection. It is recommended that you examine the Goods upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.
Digital Product Key Delivery
After payment, digital product keys will be delivered to your email within 10 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
As the activation key is digital, there is no physical product (e.g., DVD, CD, or USB) included, and no physical shipping will occur.
